Mäusli Bau AG is a family-run company that operates in building construction and civil engineering with experience, expertise and commitment. With around 40 employees and modern machinery, we realize demanding large-scale buildings and also flexibly implement a wide variety of small projects.

HISTORY

1979 Foundation of the sole proprietorship Karl Mäusli-Rösch

• Karl and Anita Mäusli found the sole proprietorship "Karl Mäusli Bauunternehmung" with little start-up capital, but with solid and well-founded training. This is remarkable at the time, as Karl Mäusli's father was already running a small construction company at the same time.

1989 Conversion into a public limited company

• The good order situation and many satisfied customers result in steady growth of the company. In order to meet the various requirements of the market, the decision is made to change the legal form of the company to a public limited company.

2000 Opening of the branch office, Schüpfen

• The takeover of the site of the former works yard of the bankrupt Kurt Weibel AG in Schüpfen and the residence of Patrick Mäusli brings with it a new location.

2002 Foundation of Mäusli Immo AG

• The increasing number of planning assignments, the question of risk distribution, the spin-off of non-operating properties and the question of succession planning require a real estate AG.

2004 Patrick Mäusli takes over the operational management of the construction company

• Well equipped with various training and further education such as structural draftsman, bricklayer, certified construction foreman, technician TS, certified master builder, Patrick Mäusli takes over the management.

2006 New office building and relocation to the former Restaurant Bären, Seedorf

• After a long planning period and a challenging conversion phase lasting several months, the company moves into the new office at Bernstrasse 62.
  The combination of modernization and preservation of the listed old Bären is an interesting and instructive project for everyone involved.

  During demolition, we dispose of and sort the individual building materials in an environmentally friendly manner and thus ensure the most comprehensive possible reuse (recycling).
