Walter Urech stands for experience, Bruno Hoeltschi for design and Jaqueline Urech-Hoeltschi for creativity.

Jaqueline quickly realized that she would become a carpenter. "I spent a lot of time in the workshop as a child." This is where her love of the craft grew. In 1985, she completed her apprenticeship in her parents' business.

Bruno Hoeltschi also learned the carpentry trade from Walter Urech Jr. They were two of around 50 apprentices who completed their training with the Urechs.
