Franz Widmer AG has been in existence under its current management since 1985. Our team consists of around twelve employees, most of whom have many years of professional experience, and we pay great attention to training the next generation of professionals. In two decades, we have gained a wealth of experience and are accustomed to working cooperatively with a wide range of architectural and planning offices, as well as directly with clients. First-class, high-quality work is our goal: for roof constructions or façade and tinsmith work. For new buildings, extensions or renovations to single-family homes or apartment blocks, industrial and municipal buildings. We master every challenge.

Roofs

We are roof experts. Whether historic buildings, pitched, monopitch or flat roofs: we know our way around and build with a wide variety of materials - clay, concrete, plastic, slate, sheet metal. Whatever you want and whatever makes professional sense. We are by no means satisfied with the outer skin alone, but also install sub-roofs or add insulation. Where required, we can provide storm and rainproof roofing for your building.

FACADES

This may come as a surprise. But: Historically, façade construction has always been part of roofing. He is already trained for it during his apprenticeship. Here we are talking about rear-ventilated façade systems. On the one hand, the façade has a protective function in the traditional sense. In addition, however, it is increasingly taking on an important aesthetic role - and not just in modern buildings. There are virtually no limits to the materials that can be used: Wood, stone, plastic, sheet metal, natural slate. What do you like?

SPENGLEREI

Both roofing and façade construction always come into contact with tinsmith work: drainpipes, roof hatches, window sills, window frames, sill formations and lightning protection are examples of this. This is why we have been building up our own tinsmith's workshop for years, where we employ the appropriate specialist staff. This independent branch of our business enables us to offer a complete range of services on the one hand, but also to competently carry out stand-alone tinsmith jobs on the other.
