Maison de la Santé

The Maison de la Santé du Grand Entremont was born out of joint discussions between doctors and authorities in Entremont to address the anticipated shortage of medical professionals and improve the efficiency of healthcare.

In 2016, doctors already practicing in the district joined forces at a single, central location in Sembrancher. Since then, several young doctors have joined them, and specialists (pediatricians, neurologists, surgeons, etc.) regularly come to Sembrancher to see patients. Training the next generation of doctors is also a priority, and we have already welcomed several medical assistants and doctors nearing the end of their training to our center.

In Sembrancher, we also benefit from the Entremont medical and social services and numerous paramedical professionals being located on the same site.

The Maison de la Santé is available to all residents of Grand Entremont and its visitors to help them resolve their health issues as best as possible: an important challenge in this period of shortage of primary care physicians.
