A small family business. We cultivate and care for our vineyards with expertise, experience and a lot of passion. We work with respect for man and nature. From our grapes we produce wines of great character, well structured and pleasantly fruity: 5 Reds, 2 Whites and 1 Rosé. Our wines are appreciated and have received numerous certificates of quality.

There are those who have called it heroic viticulture, that of Giancarlo Pestoni, who at a radical turning point in his own life has invested every resource on the modern recovery and restoration of a remnant fragment of the primordial viticultural scene above the Alps.

The philosophy

The goal is to make genuine, quality wines. We cultivate vines professionally and naturally in all stages of growth, picking the fruit and harvesting only at optimal technical and phenolic maturity. Our ideals are love for the land, respect for man and nature, and passion for wine.

History and passion

"The passion for good food and good wine has always been there. The path of the winemaker and wine producer was born in 1986. It was the month of May when I lost my father, who was tending the small vineyard surrounding my grandparents' house. The vineyard was pruned and tied, and I would have been sorry to abandon it to itself also out of respect for my father who had cultivated it with love for years.
In September 1986 I made my first wine, and in those months the passions of my life were born in me: viticulture and winemaking.
I continued this path for several years acquiring and working other vineyards in parallel with my profession as a computer scientist at a banking institution. A desire grew in me to turn over a new leaf to become a professional winemaker. In 2001 the dream became reality and in 2004 I realized another dream, the construction of the new winery.
Now I cultivate about three hectares of vineyards and produce 8 types of wine including reds, whites and rosé."
