As the name suggests, I promote movement and relaxation of the body as well as the mind and soul in my classes.

I aim to improve strength, flexibility and posture with targeted exercises and deepen your own body awareness with relaxation exercises.

My wish is to create a comfortable training environment for each individual participant.
