On request, we can present your construction project as a three-dimensional design model. A modern CAD drawing program shows the building from a wide variety of perspectives, both inside and outside. This allows it to be examined and virtually inspected during the planning stage. The vivid images support the client in their decision-making and can be used as high-quality illustrations for sales documents and work documentation.

Construction and project management – deadlines, costs, and work under control

We manage the entire construction and implementation planning for small to large construction projects. We coordinate and monitor the work until the building is accepted and handed over.

Client consulting: We advise you on your construction project, from cost estimates to procedural planning and room layout to overall project planning.

Construction management:
We manage the entire construction process on site, relieving you as the client or architect of the complex organizational, technical, and legal tasks.

Schedule and cost monitoring:
With ongoing checks and strict reporting, we give you the certainty that deadlines and costs will be adhered to as agreed.

Wood construction planning – using wood attractively and professionally

We have particular expertise in timber construction planning. With experience and passion, we ensure the correct use of wood as a building material. This organically grown material has special requirements in terms of selection, processing, and application. We advise builders, architects, and timber construction companies. We take on all tasks, from project planning to work planning, from costing (NPK) to contract awarding to the work contract. We carry out specific checks on the construction site or, in the case of prefabricated buildings, in the factory.

And finally, we carry out the measurement and billing control.
