Clalüna-Sils Kutschenfahrten

Many valleys in the Engadin, such as the Fextal, are now nature reserves and cannot be accessed by car. What could be better than a carriage ride? The carriage company has been owned by the Clalüna family for five decades and is now managed by Gian Reto Clalüna. The company has eight carriages, two horse-drawn buses (summer only) and 20 horses. During the season, coachmen from Portugal, Italy, and Switzerland drive guests safely to the romantic Fex Valley.

Experience nature in a carriage

The popular day and night rides are offered in both winter and summer. The two-horse carriages for up to nine people are equipped with long-haired furs and blankets in winter, and in summer a roof protects against possible rain. Prices and departure points are based on municipal regulations.

We are well known and specialize in wedding rides. The jewel in the crown of our carriages is the newly restored landau from 1890. The coachman, dressed stylishly in a coachman's coat and top hat, whisks the wedding couple into their future together.

In summer, the horse-drawn bus runs to the Fextal valley according to a timetable and serves three stops. Unfortunately, it is not possible to offer this service in winter because the large coach is not suitable for snow and cold weather.

Early reservation is recommended, even essential, and guarantees a carefree day out.
