We are specialized care professionals, self-employed, recognized by the health insurance companies and the canton of Graubünden.
With many years of experience in home care, we take care of the home care and assistance of sick, dependent and non-independent people.
Thanks to our expertise and professionalism, we support our clients at home, enabling them to live in their own four walls with the highest possible quality of life and thus making an important contribution to preventing inappropriate hospital admissions.
The costs of the services we provide are financed proportionately by the municipalities, the canton, the health insurance company and the patients within the framework of the Health Insurance Act.
We offer:
Nursing care: wound treatment, preparation and administration of medication, injections and infusions, blood sampling, insertion of probes and catheters, measurement of blood pressure, pulse, blood sugar, etc.
Basic assistance: Help with getting up and going to bed, help with personal hygiene (bathing, showering, hygiene and dressing), help with positioning in bed, mobilization in and out of bed, putting on and taking off compression stockings, elastic bandages, etc .
Palliative care: Help, support, companionship for the seriously ill and dying (a 24-hour strike service is guaranteed in the critical phases of illness and at the end of life) to ensure the best possible quality of life for clients and their families, in close cooperation with the "Palliative Care" Upper Engadine association.
Counselling and coordination: cognitive interview at the client's home to assess their needs in their living situation, planning of assistance and treatment, organization and implementation of assistance, counselling for clients and their families, consultation with the client's doctor to assess their care needs.
Advice on health promotion, preventing or reducing complications of illness, promoting self-care and awareness.
Activation of other services such as:
Food delivery service, driving service, housekeeping service, house cleaning, "family relief/accompaniment" such as walks outside the home. e.g. walks outside the home, accompaniment when shopping, etc.
Help with dressing and undressing
Help with applying leg bandages
Help and support at home
Help with taking pulse, blood pressure and blood sugar.
Help with the preparation and administration of medication,
Help with pain therapy
