Trained as pastry chefs and bakers, we are a family business and have been involved in all kinds of events for many years...

The pioneers of the company, our grandparents, used to go to the markets and passed on this passion to us.

Our family has been running the chestnut hut on the Place du Midi in Sion since 1960. We have been attending the Valais Fair for 40 years. Thanks to our position as traveling artisans, we always enjoy interacting with customers, especially given the great atmosphere at this type of event.

As long-standing caterers, we also offer appetizers, dishes, and cakes to brighten up your events!

 

Events

Martigny, FC Sion matches at the Tourbillon stadium, etc.) and set up our mobile confectionery/sales trailer full of a wide range of different items. We adapt the trailers according to the items we sell.

Depending on the location, we adapt our facilities, items for sale, and beverages.

At the beginning of autumn, we start selling chestnuts on the Place du Midi in Sion from a seasonal mobile stand: raw or cooked chestnuts, almonds, caramels, etc.

Upon request, we offer you the option of picking up your chestnuts on site by the kilo.

We also have a trampoline available for rent (weekend package and a person on hand to ensure that everything runs smoothly).

 

Catering

As professional bakers and pastry chefs, we also offer a catering service.

We take care of delivery and can provide service if necessary.
