Betica SA

Our company Betica SA, Bureau d'Etudes Techniques Ingénieurs Conseils et Associés, was founded in 1977 by Mr. Edmond Sauthier in Sion.

After a career as a heating installer, fitter and site manager and after specializing in hydraulics, he decided to create with an architect friend an integral study that includes technical studies, concrete engineering and architecture.

Since then, our company has grown, with 32 employees, engineers, technicians, designers and apprentices now working for Betica SA.

This young, dynamic team puts all its talents into planning precise, detailed technical studies for all types of installation:

• heating installations
• ventilation installations
• sanitary installations
• electrical installations
• Minergie

This concerns installations in villas, apartment buildings, school and shopping centers, EMS, nurseries, hotels, thermal baths, hospitals, gym halls, etc.

For these projections, we work with customers based in Switzerland but also all over the world.

We are constantly adapting to innovationsand are among the most up-to-date companies when it comes to mastering building technology.

The BETICA SA office is a member of the Minergie® association. Our associate Mr. Roh is a Minergie® specialist and certified CECB® expert, and is available to answer any questions and provide information, as well as to draw up Minergie® or CECB® files and for all energy survey files.

The consulting engineering firm BETICA SA currently employs 26 people in offices in Geneva, Lausanne, Nendaz (VS) and Sion (VS) as engineers, technicians, Federal Masters, building technology designers and apprentices.

The company Betica SA has already worked on the Globe de la Science et de l'Innovation "Expo 02" in Neuchâtel, the Crowne Plaza hotel in Geneva, the thermal baths in Val d'Illiez, the Soret-Rod complex in Petit-Saconnex, the Winterthur Tower at La Défense (in Paris), the Allianz Assurance building (Paris), the Raduga shopping center (Saint Petersburg).
