Counseling/therapy as I understand it is intended to bring about change, identify solutions and make it possible to continue on a new path.

My job is to accompany processes. I don't see myself as an expert who makes decisions for you.

Supervision and coaching are understood as accompaniment, as being close to the client  but not taking over the actions for him or her, for a team.

School coaching

Schools today are confronted with many demands.

One way to relieve the burden on the school is to divide the functions between different people.

Counseling and support in difficult school situations can be one possibility for such a division. My experiences in this regard (www.schulen-zuchwil.ch) and schools (GESLOR) encourage me to continue promoting this model.

School does not take place in a vacuum, but in the triangle of school, student and parents.

Courses

From the findings that couples and families, as well as professionals, often seek advice on similar issues or at similar points in their lives, the idea was born to also work on these issues "preventively"; to offer courses and workshops for those affected.
