I am a certified craniosacral therapist OdA KT, craniosuisse, and recognized by all health insurance companies. Craniosacral therapy has evolved from osteopathy and helps you effectively and sustainably with pain of various kinds or origins (head, migraine, back, neck, knee, etc. post-operative, acute, chronic, ...), sleep disorders, stress and burnout, anxiety and panic attacks, trauma, trauma, PTSD, ADD, ADHD, mental, spiritual, emotional, psychological balance and strengthening. I work mindfully, body- and process-centered across all body structures and the autonomic nervous system. This allows you to access recent and old traumas, and to gently process and integrate or release physical and psychological (or spiritual or mental) trauma. Your original good (DNA, stem cells) is addressed, activated and strengthened. In this way, sustainable genesis can take place. Change becomes tangible, it is healing work that human biology and anatomy are capable of.

These changes usually happen in the subconscious, more rarely also partly via the conscious mind, in the gentlest possible form, which means that no re-traumatization occurs. Craniosacral therapy is suitable for everyone, from newborns to the elderly. My treatments are characterized by mindfulness and appreciation. I work in a body- and process-centered way. The practice is located near the Westbahnhof train station in Solothurn, bus stops (Amtshausplatz) and parking spaces as well as parking garages are in the immediate vicinity. The building is completely threshold-free and an elevator is available.
