I believe it is important to view people as holistic beings. For me, nutritional advice therefore means not only making dietary recommendations, but also helping you to learn to perceive your needs as a human being in a body again and to behave according to these needs.

The enjoyment and pleasure of eating are just as central as the aspects of health.

On the one hand, my professional experience has led me to focus my counseling services on people with intestinal diseases and eating disorders, and on the other hand, I have the feeling that these people in particular often lack a holistic counseling service.
