Our legal practice focuses on commercial law and contract law. Our membership of boards of directors and associations enables us to tackle corporate law problems in a practice-oriented manner.
In addition, one of our main interests is family law and inheritance law, liability law and private and public construction law. We also accept mandates in criminal law whether as representatives of the accused or victims. Two partners have additional specialist training in the areas of social insurance law and mediation. Finally, several of our lawyers hold a notary's license.
We advise in German, English, French and partly in Italian.
Our law firm is located in Solothurn and is easily accessible both by car and by public transport. We also have a branch office in Grenchen.
