The property management department manages all properties owned or leased by the city. This includes not only residential and commercial properties, but also boat moorings, plant gardens, showcases and leases.
Responsibility extends to the conclusion of rental/lease agreements, invoicing of rents and ancillary costs owed, preparation of utility bills and acceptance and handover of apartments.
