Museo di Val Verzasca

The Verzasca Valley Museum preserves and enriches the history of the valley with exhibitions and ethnographic tours spread throughout the region. The main building in Sonogno consists of two structures that interactively tell the story of how the inhabitants lived from the Middle Ages to the mid-20th century, focusing on agriculture, livestock, and transhumance. The museum also addresses themes of poverty and child labor, inviting visitors to reflect and take action.
