Welcome to my website for craniosacral therapy and the Cantienica method for body shape & posture. I have been practicing craniosacral therapy since 2005 and teaching the Cantienica method since 2015, both out of passion and conviction.

How I came to "Cranio":

My first-born son had many health problems in his childhood. Looking for a suitable healing method, I came across homeopathy . My interest in naturopathy was aroused. I attended various courses such as homeopathy for home use, breathing, eye and various Kneipp courses. Then I discovered the Vitaflex (pressure-rotation movement) and
color therapy training from Stanley Burroughs, which I successfully completed. I was drawn onwards until I came across the book "Listening to your inner doctor" by John E. Upledger. Now it was clear to me that real healing comes from within. Healing potential is contained in every person. I embarked on the craniosacral therapy training and completed it with joy. Through the versatile examination of the various healing methods and the many years of experience in this field my skills have grown and matured steadily.
