Evangelische Bürgschafts- und Darlehensgenossenschaft des Kantons St. Gallen

The Protestant Guarantee and Loan Cooperative of the Canton of St. Gallen (EBDG SG for short) was founded in 1950. All Protestant Reformed parishes in the Canton of St. Gallen are members of the cooperative (see page Parishes).

Members of the Protestant Reformed Church residing in the canton of St. Gallen receive financial advice from the EBDG. Where the financial situation warrants it, the EBDG grants loans or mortgages and provides guarantees. Non-repayable contributions of a welfare nature are excluded.

There are sister cooperatives with the same objectives in the cantons of Graubünden, Zug, and Zurich.

The cooperative has no commercial intentions.
