I am committed to offering people with eye problems the best possible treatment. I strive to give each patient personal attention and I am always committed to providing the best quality of medical care.

Our services:

• Diagnostics: The ophthalmological problems described by the patients are analyzed and a problem-related examination is carried out; certain further examinations (such as examination of strabismus patients by the orthoptist) can be specially planned.

• Eyeglass measurements: The eyes are first measured using modern measuring devices. These measurements are then subjectively checked according to the patient's specifications.
• Medication therapies: Medication therapies for problems such as eye inflammation and glaucoma are initiated or reviewed.
• Laser therapy: Laser therapies for secondary cataracts (repeated clouding after cataract surgery, see there) or glaucoma are carried out by myself; for other ophthalmological laser therapies, a referral is made to the St.Gallen Eye Clinic.
• Eye operations: I perform the following operations independently:
  • Cataract surgery, see below
  • squint surgery
  • Eyelid corrections, see below
  • Div. minor procedures
  • Laser-based treatments for defective vision ("Goodbye glasses") are not performed
