Every day, we produce a wide range of large breads, crispy specialty breads, fresh cookies, mixed cakes and patisserie, as well as frozen products for the food service industry. We are particularly proud of our specialties that are popular beyond our borders, such as: Engadiner Nusstorte, Bündner Birnenbrot, Mandelfisch or the Engadiner Mandeltorte.
Visit us in our warm and stylishly decorated store, furnished with Swiss stone pine, or simply order our sweet St. Moritz greetings by fax, telephone or e-mail. Our store is open all year round (in the off-season on Sundays, it is possible to get the bread in the morning in the bakery).

Our fine Engadine nut cake is a popular gift from the vacations, a welcome cake for a snack or simply a piece in between! This specialty is made by our pastry chef with great expertise and a love of pastries, using a recipe that has been tried and tested for decades. To ensure optimum quality, we use selected walnuts, pure butter, full cream, wheat flour and other choice ingredients. Another advantage of this sweet temptation is its long shelf life of over a month.

Do you already know the pear bread without the "lid dough"? You absolutely must try it. Bündner Birnenbrot differs from other varieties in that the dried and sliced pears are not cooked but soaked in Träsch for a longer period of time. Our fine pear bread is also known as "naked" because it is not wrapped in dough.
We only use natural and high-quality ingredients for this delicious specialty. This makes the pear loaves particularly moist and keeps them fresh for longer. We deliver the pear loaves shrink-wrapped in cello, or additionally wrapped in tasty wrapping paper.

Sie hat jedoch einen entscheidenden Nachteil - sie hat eine ultrakurze Halbwertzeit. Kaum aufgetischt, ist sie auch schon wieder weg. Yammy
