Artisanal bakery and delicatessen
It all began in the small village of Sant'Abbondio in Ticino, where Stefano's hands plunged into flour for the first time at the age of 5.
Trained by his father, an artisan baker and knight of good bread, Stefano has acquired over the years, the love and passion for the craft. His father taught him to master leaven and above all to respect the dough, resting times and long fermentation.
Their panettones have received numerous awards, but the most beautiful is the recognition of his customers. He also diversifies tastes and flavors, adapting them over the seasons with the magnificent local produce that our canton offers.
