Artisan bakery and delicatessen
It all began in the small village of Sant'Abbondio in Ticino, where Stefano first dipped his hands into flour at the age of 5.
Trained by his father, an artisan baker and champion of good bread, Stefano acquired a love and passion for the craft over the years. His father taught him how to master sourdough and, above all, to respect the dough, the resting times, and the long fermentation process.
Their panettones have received numerous awards, but the greatest reward is the recognition of their customers. Stefano also diversifies the tastes and flavors, adapting them to the seasons with the magnificent local products that our canton has to offer.
