We pursue long-term goals, both in the garden and with people. We plan, design, sow, and plant with care so that our customers can enjoy their gardens for many years or even generations. We work with the people entrusted to us with the aim of integrating them into the primary labor market in the long term.

We deliver high-quality work under fair conditions, on the one hand with experienced and well-trained gardening experts and on the other hand with employees who are somewhat limited in their abilities. We strive to achieve perfect results at an optimal price/performance ratio for our customers.

We show solidarity with people with mental and cognitive disabilities whose opportunities on the labor market are limited. We believe that everyone needs meaningful and worthwhile employment in order to contribute to society.
