The perch fillets at the Schützenhaus restaurant are known far beyond the borders of Lake Zurich. The unmistakable dishes are of course still prepared according to Hans Beetz's traditional recipes; baked, meunière  or a la mode du Papà Beetz - the only thing left for you to do is enjoy the choice!
