Chef übernimmt Verantw. für untergegangenen Tel. Termin.

Bei unserem 1. Termin bezüglich unseres Erbvertrages war das IT System total abgestürzt. Als Folge davon unterlief Stephan Spycher ein Irrtum, ein Telefonat ging vergessen. Darauf per Mail angesprochen, reagierte der Chef umgehend und persönlich, er entschuldigte sich, und übernahm persönlich die Verantwortung. Hut ab. Toni Germann Steffisburg.
