The tranquillity envelops the visitor even on the few steps of the entrance leading into the reception area in front of the practice premises. The sounds from the street only penetrate faintly through the thick walls, the outside of the medieval city wall.

Astrid Meister became interested in the business location at Obertor during the overall renovation of the Oberhof and then installed the partition walls for the cabins and massage room herself and laid the linoleum floor. "The location is still ideal for me," says the federally certified beautician, "my customers also appreciate the peace and quiet and the special parking space right in front of the entrance." For older people, the entrance steps can prove to be an obstacle, but barrier-free access via the optician's store on Brodlaubegass is guaranteed without any problems.

Her practice is not aimed at walk-in customers. "Anyone who comes to me appreciates the quietness as well as the accessibility". Most of them live in Stein am Rhein or the surrounding area.

Astrid Meister offers facial treatments, cosmetics and manicures, hair removal as well as sports and foot reflexology massages.
