METZGETE
We look forward to spoiling you again every weekend in autumn with our homemade Metzgete.
Every Thursday evening from 6:00 p.m., Friday, Saturday, and Sunday throughout the day.
Homemade blood, liver, and bratwurst sausages, pork ribs, and bacon, served with sauerkraut, boiled potatoes, rösti, and apple slices.
For dessert, a delicious grape sorbet with grappa, vermicelles, ice cream cake, or homemade crème brûlée.
