Sandra Schneider was born and grew up in Thusis. After completing her apprenticeship as a druggist, she attended the druggist college in Neuchâtel and passed the higher professional examination there.

While working as a manager in various drugstores, she began to focus intensively on the topic of "complementary medicine". It became increasingly important for her to understand everything in a larger context and to advise customers holistically. This became too extensive in the drugstore "over the counter". Sandra Schneider decided to leave the drugstore world and devote herself entirely to complementary medicine thanks to her various training courses. In 2007, she founded the health practice based on traditional European medicine TEN in Thusis.
