Relaxation through acupuncture massage
Fast-paced, modern life with its overfeeding of the senses through often far too many stimuli and information that are not processed takes its toll in the form of hectic, stress, which can lead to thinking and concentration disorders, vegetative imbalance with sleep disorders and a wide variety of physical disorders. The massive consumption of sedatives and sleeping pills proves that many people can no longer seem to cope without these chemical aids.
Penzel acupoint massage can provide effective support by balancing the body's energies without having to worry about the side effects of chemical preparations. A special treatment technique, the so-called "yin strokes", leads the patient into a pleasant state of relaxation.
This can release physical and mental tension and restore balance.
Manual lymphatic drainage
The most important indication is oedema as a result of lymphatic drainage disorders, such as:
- primary lymphoedema due to congenital weakness of the lymphatic system or insufficient lymphatic vessels (rare)
- secondary lymphoedema following surgery for cancer (relatively common), for example arm lymphoedema following treatment for breast cancer and leg lymphoedema following treatment for prostate or bowel cancer
- Oedema due to venous drainage disorders: here the lymph vessels are intact but overloaded because too much fluid enters the tissue as a result of a defect in the blood vessels. Manual lymphatic drainage is used to drain the excess fluid. In this context: this treatment method is suitable for "open legs" (venous leg ulcers) as it accelerates the removal of cell debris and other substances. Edemas after injuries: such as swelling after an ankle injury or bruising (hematomas) after falling or stepping over. Experience with manual lymphatic drainage treatment after sports accidents has shown that injury breaks can be shortened.Edema after surgery: manual lymph drainage can promote wound healing in the event of swelling after surgery.
- Pregnancy oedema: together with compression therapy, this treatment method is very suitable.
- Rheumatoid arthritis
- Morbus Sudeck
- Migraine
- Consequences of the stroke (apoplexy)
- Accidents, brusque movement, one-sided work, poor posture
- Abnormal positions and positions of the baby in the womb (e.g. pelvic position) or incorrect birth processes, as well as external traction on the baby's head (vacuum or forceps)
- Biomechanics and anatomy
- Neurophysiology and neuropsychology
- Psychotraumatology
- Traditional Chinese medicine
- Osteopathy
- Atlas therapy
- Trigger Points
- Concentration disorders, behavioral problems
- Babies with torticollis or who cry a lot
- ADHD, ADD
- Learning and reading problems
- Whiplash trauma
- Pain and complaints of the musculoskeletal system
- Migraine, tinnitus, dizziness attacks
- Psychotraumatological disorders
Manual lymphatic drainage treatment is recommended for the following conditions:
About vitalogy
Unfortunately, the 1st cervical vertebra is often overlooked as the cause of possible diseases.
The position of the atlas is of central importance to the vitalogist. A misalignment can cause symptoms throughout the entire body.
The atlas is a key position, so even a minor misalignment (subluxation) can lead to health problems by impairing the neural control of all organs. This is comparable to a light bulb that receives less power and its light becomes weaker. Due to the low nerve impulse, the tissue cells and organs become weak and therefore susceptible to disease.
Vitalogy does not treat symptoms. We do not administer chemicals and do not make a diagnosis. It doesn't matter what the symptoms are. We go to the roots.

Myoreflex therapy
Myoreflex therapy developed from a variety of different findings and sciences. It includes experiences and insights from ancient cultures as well as modern physics and current university medicine. At first glance, these are seemingly foreign elements of very different thought models, but here they intertwine to form a new and multi-layered model of action and therapy.
Myoreflex therapy is based on several "cornerstones":
Myoreflex therapy is used for:
Vibrating pulley system:
The specially developed pulley system turns the wellengang principle into a sustainable full-body workout and enables numerous additional exercises. It was developed in collaboration with Oliver Schmidtlein and Dr. Simon von Stegel, University of Erlangen. A pulley transfers the vibrations from the plate to the ropes and thus to the arms and upper body - with the same positive effects. In therapy, this is an excellent way of treating blockages and restricted movement in the upper body. In the fitness sector, this system can be used not only to build up muscles but also to carry out core stabilization training simply and effectively.
