WALDSTATT Holz- und Blockbau GmbH has continued to develop over the past 25 years. This growth was largely made possible by the expansion of our production areas and the acquisition of the ultra-modern 5-axis controlled joinery center (Krüsi G1). These investments have enabled us to significantly increase both the precision of our work and our flexibility, which has given us a clear advantage in the industry.

In 2014, there was a significant change in company management when Heinrich Kälin handed over his share of the business to Martin Kälin. Martin Kälin had already worked as a carpentry foreman in our company for several years and therefore brings valuable experience and knowledge to his new role. This handover not only represents a generational change, but also a continuation of the tradition and values that our company stands for. However, the most significant change took place in 2024, when Martin Kälin also took over Röbi Pfenninger's shares and is now the sole owner of the company.

One particularly important aspect of our work is the special moon phase wood, which continues to play a key role in the management team even after the restructuring. This wood, which is harvested according to the phases of the moon and the zodiac, is not only of high quality, but also contributes to the sustainability of our products. We are proud of the fact that we can store an average of around 300 m³ of softwood and hardwood, which enables us to carry out all solid wood work in timber construction and joinery using this first-class material.

The services we offer at WALDSTATT Holz- und Blockbau GmbH are diverse and cover numerous areas. These include the planning and realization of single-family homes as well as commercial buildings and conversions. Our expertise in timber construction covers all variants, be it log construction, half-timbered construction or element construction. In addition, we design interior and exterior doors as well as built-in wardrobes according to your ideas and needs. Another focus is on the design of solid wood furniture that is both functional and stylish. Finally, we offer a selection of parquet and solid wood strip flooring as well as laminate to give every room a warm and inviting atmosphere.
