Leider hat die Leistung massiv abgenommen

Als Verwaltung unserer Liegenschaft leider seit 1 1/2 Jahren deutlich unfreundlich und reaktiv geworden. Man fühlt sich leider so gar nicht als ‚Kunde‘ behandelt.
