Your experts for traditional carpentry work for 150 years

Founded in 1846 by Konrad Frehner, today's Frehner & Frick carpentry can look back on around 150 years of history. Hans Frehner, who was the fourth generation to run the business himself, leased the company in 2009 to Sämi Frick, who himself once completed his apprenticeship at the Frehner carpentry workshop. After his apprenticeship, Frick attended the woodworking college in Biel and trained as a federally certified carpenter. Before taking over the Frehner carpentry business, he worked abroad for several years and was delighted to return to the family atmosphere of his village.

Sämi Frick now runs the company himself under the name "Zimmerei Frehner & Frick GmbH", whereby he also works in the business as the boss. The company with eight employees, including two apprentices, continues to offer carpentry work of all kinds and specializes in agricultural buildings, stylish renovations and traditional carpentry.
