wkb isolierungen ag in Urtenen-Schönbühl in the canton of Bern has been your specialist for heat and cold insulation since 1979. In our tinsmith's workshop, we prefabricate all insulation cladding from various sheet metals. The company is managed by the owner Ivan Klancar Junior. We are a member of the Swiss ISOLSUISSE Association and the Bern Insulation Association.

A family business in the second generation

Ivan Klancar junior, owner of the business

When Ivan Klancar Sr. set up his own business in Moosseedorf in 1979, he would hardly have expected such success: within more than 40 years, the one-man business had developed into a limited company with 13 employees. Ivan Klancar Jr. completed his insulation tinsmith apprenticeship in the family business from 1985-1988 and has worked mainly in our tinsmith workshop ever since.

Mark von Rotz, Managing Director

Mark von Rotz successfully completed his apprenticeship as an insulation tinsmith in our company in 2006. After his apprenticeship, he gained new experience elsewhere in assembly and in administrative areas. We were able to win Mark von Rotz back for our company on February 1, 2017 and he has been responsible as Managing Director of wkb isolierungen ag since January 1, 2021.
