Treatments
ACUPUNCTURE
Acupuncture is part of the spectrum of TCM treatments. The word comes from the Latin word "acu," meaning needle, and the word "puncture," meaning to prick with needles. This treatment is based on a theory of invisible pathways called channels that span the entire body. The qi flowing through these channels is life energy and underlies everything in the universe. Everything that lives, moves, and breathes is believed to do so because qi flows through it.
Most of the body's acupuncture points are located along these channels like small whirlpools. If these channels become deficient or blocked, the organs are starved of vital qi, and if this situation continues for a long period of time, it can lead to a whole range of acute and chronic problems. To promote the body's return to health, the acupuncturist stimulates these points with painless disposable needles. This releases energy blockages and restores the natural flow of qi in the organs. Because acupuncture is holistic, it treats the whole body, mind, and spirit, not just the symptoms of the disease.
Visit your local TCM Energy Clinic or call 044 201 9988 to book a NO-OBLIGATION CONSULTATION and discover the amazing benefits of this 5,000-year-old medical practice.
ACUPRESSURE
Acupressure is a good alternative for anyone who suffers from a phobia of needles, because it follows the same principle as acupuncture. It stimulates the same acupuncture points on the surface of the body with the hands instead of needles.
the practitioner applies pressure with their hands.
Acupressure is an effective method for improving blood circulation and repairing tissue damage throughout the body. Through nerve stimulation, acupressure can lead to relaxation, improve skin tone, relieve tension in muscles and joints, and repair damage to the lymph nodes on the face and overall body tone. For this reason, it is often used as a facial beauty therapy.
Acupressure has also achieved remarkable success in curing insomnia and fatigue and reducing back and joint pain. But why not try this amazingly beneficial treatment for yourself by calling or visiting the TCM Energy Clinic to book a NO-OBLIGATION CONSULTATION. Sessions are intensive and usually last about 30 minutes. Prices for treatments vary depending on the time.
HERBAL MEDICINE
Chinese herbal medicine uses a variety of medicinal herb mixtures made from roots, stems, bark, leaves, or flowers.
These herbal mixtures are most commonly used in the form of tea or tablets to treat hormonal disorders, infections, and respiratory disorders. The main strength of Chinese herbal medicine lies in strengthening the immune system, which has resistance to disease.
CUPPING
Cupping is one of the oldest and most traditional treatments in TCM. It is often used to heal swollen, painful, or stiff joints, and it can also be used to clear up a cold.
In cupping, a glass is applied to the patient's skin; when the pressure of the glass is reduced (either by heat or suction), the life energy is released, helping the body to work more efficiently. Cupping is particularly effective in improving blood circulation, performing deep tissue repair, and treating areas of the body affected by pain.
Sessions usually last about 20 minutes, and cupping can be added as a free extra when combined with acupuncture and full massage.
REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology is a gentle, non-invasive therapy based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet, hands, and ears that correspond to every organ, gland, and system in the body. By stimulating these reflexes, reflexology promotes deep healing and calm relaxation.
This therapy is particularly beneficial for joint mobilization, migraines, sinuses, digestion, back problems, and stress because it releases negativity and stimulates the body's immune system to heal itself. It can also increase general well-being. Book a session and visit your local Care Healing Clinic for Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine for a soothing reflexology session.
EAR CANDLING
Ear candling therapy is used to clear blocked pores and promote blood circulation.
This therapy is very beneficial for headaches, sinuses, wax, and blockages in the ears.
Sessions usually last about 20 minutes.
THERAPEUTIC HYPERTHERMIA
In contrast to fever therapy, hyperthermia therapy artificially restricts the body's heat dissipation, for example through baths or heat-retaining wraps. Hyperthermia refers to all procedures in which the body or tumor area is heated externally using micro- or radio waves or infrared radiators.

MOXIBUSTION
Moxibustion is performed by burning an herb near or on the body
to warm and stimulate the vital energy Qi. The pungent odors and warmth of the herb have a healing effect.
Moxibustion can be used to warm up or invigorate your energy by nourishing the qi and blood. This herb is particularly effective for bedwetting and can also be used in fertility treatment. Sessions usually last about 20 minutes, and moxibustion can be added as a free extra when combined with acupuncture and full massage.
