The two long-established companies Montalpina AG, Kriens (company number CHE-107.253.011), and C. Plüss + Co. AG, Uster (company number CHE-101.319.479), are pleased to announce the merger of their business activities as of June 30, 2024. From July 1, 2024, the new entity will operate under the name "Rubix Switzerland AG".

The merger of the two companies into a joint company within the Rubix Group, to which they have belonged since 2018, will create a central point of contact for customers and suppliers in Switzerland at the Kriens (LU), Uster (ZH) and Yverdon-les-Bains (VD) locations. The Rubix Group is Europe's leading supplier of industrial maintenance, repair and overhaul products and services. As a strategic system partner to numerous manufacturers, Rubix offers customized supply concepts in all relevant product ranges.

As the legal successor to Montalpina AG and C. Plüss + Co. AG, Rubix Switzerland AG will assume all rights and obligations of the two companies from the date of the merger. All inquiries and orders will be processed as usual by Rubix Switzerland AG from July 1, 2024. Existing pricing, delivery and payment conditions will remain unchanged and will be adopted on a one-to-one basis.
