Care philosophy

Our care philosophy reflects our values, attitudes, and principles. Our goal is to ensure quality, efficiency, and success in our work in order to provide our clients with the greatest possible well-being and satisfaction, as well as the best possible care. We do this using our primary nursing system. Our goal is to support and advise our clients and help them with their daily activities so that they can achieve a state of well-being and health. We offer practical nursing knowledge as well as health advice and promotion. We want to build a trusting relationship with our clients and their families through openness and respect. We are motivated and flexible, and we pay attention to their needs and concerns. We are open to new ideas and engage with developments in geriatric care. We actively and comprehensively inform ourselves about new findings that change our understanding of care and support, and we implement these findings. We integrate what we have learned into our everyday work. Our employees speak German, Italian, Serbo-Croatian, Turkish, and Albanian.

Target group

Our target group is people who need non-medical or medical care and assistance, either temporarily or for a longer period of time. Outside the care sector, we fulfill customized requests and can respond flexibly to different needs. Our team consists of competent, trained nursing professionals. Our certified nursing staff has many years of experience in medical care.

Our services

Services covered by health insurance must be billed in accordance with the scope of services specified in Art. 7 KLV (Health Care Services Ordinance) and on the basis of a doctor's prescription. These services are calculated according to the rates specified in the cantonal Spitex contract and are covered by health insurance in accordance with the usual conditions under KVG. The coverage of additional services by any supplementary insurance benefits must be clarified in advance with the health insurance company.
