The care mission statement reflects our values, attitudes and principles. Our aim is to ensure quality, efficiency and success in our work in order to provide our clients with the greatest possible well-being and satisfaction, as well as the best possible care. This is based on our reference care system. Our aim is to support, advise and help our clients with the activities of daily living so that they achieve a state of well-being and health. We offer both practical nursing knowledge and health advice and promotion. With openness and respect, we aim to build a trusting relationship with clients and their families. Motivated and flexible, we pay attention to their needs and concerns. We are open to new ideas and keep abreast of developments in work with the elderly. We actively and comprehensively inform ourselves about new findings that change our understanding of care and support and put this into practice. We integrate what we have learned into everyday life. Our employees speak German, Italian, Serbo-Croatian, Turkish and Albanian.

Target group

Our target group is people who require non-medical or medical care and assistance, either temporarily or over a longer period of time. Outside of the care sector, we fulfill wishes made to measure and can respond flexibly to different needs. Our team consists of competently trained nursing professionals. Our qualified nursing staff are characterized by many years of experience in medical care.

Our offer

Services subject to compulsory health insurance are to be billed in accordance with the scope of services under Art. 7 KLV (Health Care Services Ordinance) on medical prescription. These services are invoiced according to the rates of the cantonal Spitex contract and are charged to the health care insurance according to the KVG under the usual conditions. The assumption of additional services by any supplementary insurance benefits must be clarified in advance with the health insurance company.
