High-quality vines have been cultivated on the southern slope of the Stauberberg in Uster for more than 40 years. The ideal soil structure, balanced climate and professional care provide the basis for outstanding quality. Every year, it is a great pleasure to see the Riesling x Sylvaner and Cabernet Dorsa grapes ripen, from which the fine Uster Castle wines are made.

In our Wiilädeli you will also find a large selection of mainly Swiss wines, fine spirits and gift ideas. Visit us in the Wiilädeli or take part in a guided tour of the vineyard.
