Bachmann Holz in Form GmbH was founded in 1995 by Hubert Bachmann. The core business is the production of round wooden molded parts as semi-finished products, as well as the manufacture of bent wooden handrails. The company quickly established a good reputation in the industry as a flexible manufacturer of high-quality semi-finished products with short delivery times.

The company grew steadily and now employs around 15 people. Since 2010, the brothers Hubert and Urs Steiner have continued to run Bachmann Holz in Form GmbH in the original sense.
