Every product is exactly as good as the sum of its individual parts. And we manufacture these individual parts for you.

• Unround bores for a shaft bearing, polygonal turned, so that the diesel engine runs smoothly. Transport rollers, long-turned so that the film strip reaches its destination without scratches

• High-gloss surfaces, diamond-turned so that the laser beam strikes with pinpoint accuracy.
• Bearing bushes, hard-turned so that the turbocharger develops its full thrust. This is how we machine parts up to 150 mm in diameter completely in our turning shop.

For greater flexibility with special orders, we recently added a machining center from Chiron. With customized clamping solutions from Röhm, the turning and milling experts from Aargau achieve the desired flexibility and productivity for parts for turbochargers, locking systems or LED lights.

We check the finished workpieces in the air-conditioned and vibration-insulated measuring room on 2- and 3D measuring machines.

To ensure that we can guarantee this standard at all times and everywhere, we manufacture exclusively in our modern factory in Switzerland.
