Fully equipped kitchen and dining room (20m²)and spacious living room (35m²) with giant (65 inches) flat-screen television, DVD/Blu-ray/Netflix player and 540 DVDs freely at disposal. Two common bathroomswith shower, toilet and washbasinon the 2nd floor as well as two private bathrooms, built in 2020, on the ground floor.
