- Puidoux, Rivaz, St-Saphorin and Chexbres grouped within ACPRS
- Châtel-St-Denis
Operation of the Clarens public slaughterhouse and a collection center for animal by-products (CCSPA) on behalf of SIGE member communes.
OPTIONAL PURPOSE

- Corsier
- Jongny
- La Tour-de-Peilz
- Montreux
- Vevey

OUR ENTITIES:
The public abattoir built in Clarens was commissioned in 1911. It underwent transformations in 1971, 1995 and 2002.
The most recent transformations in 2002 saw a major expansion of the facility. The Abattoir has thus equipped itself with facilities that meet modern technology and European requirements, and is ISO 22'000 certified.
The Abattoir is also ISO 22'000 certified.
SIGE Technical Center for Water Services
In order to ensure the distribution of drinking water as well as the reserve needed for fire defense, SIGE operates some thirty springs that are tapped through more than three kilometers of galleries. The annual volume of water captured by the springs is around 8.5 million m³. The water pumped into Lake Geneva represents an average of 1.5 million m³ per year.
.In order to ensure sufficient pressure, as well as permanent availability to users, SIGE has 31 reservoirs totaling around 35,000 m³.
19 pumping stations supply part of these reservoirs. Lastly, 354 km of pipes deliver water to users.
.
SIGE Technical Center for Sanitation
Residents are connected to communal networks that discharge into SIGE collectors before reaching one of the region's three wastewater treatment plants. In order to treat nearly 14 million m³ of wastewater annually, SIGE operates three wastewater treatment plants - STEP - between Vevey and Roche. Through mechanical, physical and then biological treatment, the STEPs eliminate most of the macropollutants contained in wastewater.
The residues generated by the wastewater treatment plants are then discharged into one of the region's three wastewater treatment plants.
The residues generated by physical and biological treatment, known as sewage sludge, are then sent to the sludge treatment plant located in Roche. The sludge is digested and then centrifugally dewatered. This process reduces the volume of the remaining sludge, which is then incinerated at the SATOM site in Monthey.
.Finally, it should be noted that sludge treatment will enable the production of biogas, from which methane will be extracted and ultimately injected into the natural gas network.
