Handed down from father to son, the current head of the company is François Thorens. Following an apprenticeship as a plasterer-painter, he joined the family business in 1989.

Since January 1, 2022, the company has been taken over by employee Nicolas Fernandez, who trained as a plasterer-painter with the company. He is now the company's director.

Today, 15 qualified employees keep Thorens SA going. The company trains apprentices plasterers and painters. The company consists of a secretary, 2 foremen (François Thorens, NicolasFernandez ) , 12 workers, 2 apprentices.
