WHERE WE ARE

The activity as an independent began in 1986, initially as an associated architectural firm. In 2016, the firm reached the milestone of 30 years of uninterrupted activity in the field of architectural design and construction. Established in the Lugano area, it operates mainly in Switzerland, in Canton Ticino. It has always made use of collaborators with established experience.

ACTIVITIES

The fields of activity include all phases of construction of single and multi-family residential, administrative, artisan and industrial buildings, restoration and building rehabilitation of historic buildings and any other services related to the sector (survey of existing buildings, parceling, neighborhood plans and feasibility studies in general, as well as interior fittings and furnishing elements).

Philosophy

Implementations are preferably followed starting from their conception up to the executive phase and delivery of the work, paying special attention to the management and adherence to the planned schedule and budgeted costs.

SERVICES

An area of well-established experience is the expert field, especially the preparation of real estate appraisals in the private field, expert reports for work damages and insurance technical reports, as well as judicial appraisals in the service of the Canton Courts.
