Accompaniment focuses on personal development, helping relationships and life coaching. Through various methods (talk therapy - focusing (body therapy) - emotional regulation - family constellations - birth re-living) you are guided towards a better understanding of yourself. Exploring the different dimensions within you (mental, emotional, sensory, intuitive, bodily) facilitates understanding of the inner states that are blocking you, and promotes progressive unravelling to reveal new perceptions and capacities for action.
