PLAC-ETAL's workshops are equipped with high-speed HSM machining centers, a technique characterized by cutting conditions four to ten times higher than conventional machining. In addition to increased productivity and precision, UHV machining delivers a better surface finish. This process is applicable to all non-ferrous materials such as aluminum, brass, copper, gold, silver, etc., as well as to synthetic materials such as Plexiglas, PVC, etc.

Gilding, silvering, rhodium plating, anodizing, thermolacquering and varnishing are just some of the options available, depending on the product, not forgetting zaponnage, a technique involving the application of a transparent lacquer to protect certain parts.
