In order to accompany all those who wish to do so, to their inner way and wisdom, to help them welcome all the unpleasant emotions which sometimes, for various reasons, unable to express themselves fully, have crystallized somewhere in their organism, thus creating tension, pain, various pathologies or disorders, here are the various body methods I use in my practice (for adults and children):

• Therapeutic reflexology on the whole body (feet, hands, face, ears)
  to enable it to self-regulate and stimulate or support the proper functioning of all systems (nervous, endocrine, cardiovascular, respiratory, digestive, lymphatic, immune, integumentary, skeletal, muscular, urinary, reproductive);

  the field of application is vast depending on the situation, and it can also be an excellent companion therapy in the case of chronic illness

• Emotional reflexology in TCM

  to work in greater depth on the impact of emotions on the various various tissues and organs

• Ayurvedic reflexology
  to bring deep relaxation to the nervous system and greater balance to the whole organism

• Treatment strategy on TCM meridians (acupressure)
  in connection with pathologies, by exerting pressure on acupuncture points

• Lymphatic drainage through reflexology

• Neuro-lymphatic points (Chapman points)

• Session of different flows for the release, through movement, of tension, stress and emotions
  This practice combines fluid movements, various gentle body mobilities, visualization, some yoga postures and breathing; it's a method that allows you to explore different rhythms and intensities, with the aim of improving circulation in the body, releasing knots and crystallized emotions, relieving stress, taking care of our fascias and nervous system; it's accessible to all because it can be adapted to any situation, depending on the desired goal.

During my coaching, I'm also keen to pass on the various tools and techniques that will enable people to evolve on a different path, establish a new balance in their lives and help them acquire greater well-being easily and quickly.
