Welcome to Reiki Training, a place of encounter, awareness, and energy transformation led by André Baechler, Reiki teacher, practitioner, and end-of-life coach. Here, Reiki is not a discourse, it is an experience—open to all, without dogma or conditions.

🌿 What is Reiki

Reiki is the universal life energy: that subtle force, present in everything that exists, which unites all living things. Depending on the culture, you may call it prana, chi, Ka, spirit—whatever the name, the essence is the same. Reiki is both an art of living and a path to greater happiness. No prior beliefs are necessary, no adherence to an ideology: just you, your openness, your desire to know yourself and to heal yourself from within.

🔍 History & foundations

• Born in Japan under the impetus of Mikao Usui (1865-1926), Reiki was structured by Hayashi, Takata, and others. The word "Rei" evokes the universal essence, "Ki" the vital energy.

• It is both an individual and collective path: transmission is carried out with respect, simplicity, and heart.

  
  

⚙️ What we offer (classes, sharing, and support)

• Courses and training at various levels (1st, 2nd, 3rd degree + mastery), given in small groups to encourage listening, intimacy, and true transmission.

• Sharing evenings: friendly moments to ask questions, meet other practitioners or people interested in Reiki, in a relaxed atmosphere.

  
  

🌱 Who is it for, and what is it for?

Reiki Training is for anyone seeking greater inner peace, more autonomy, and more meaning in their lives. No prerequisites or prior experience are necessary. Reiki complements medicine; it provides support, helps release blockages, reduces stress, pain, and tension, and reconnects the body, mind, and emotions.

🧘 André Baechler's approach

• 20 years of experience teaching Reiki and more in its practice.

• No religious overtones: Reiki works independently of individual beliefs.

• A teacher who is allergic to dependencies. The idea is that everyone leaves with a personal, concrete, transformative tool that can accompany them towards greater autonomy.

• Small groups in a warm and welcoming environment. Interaction, listening, respect.

📍 Location & atmosphere

• Based in Villars-sur-Glâne (Fribourg metropolitan area, French-speaking Switzerland), easily accessible by road and public transportation.

• A dedicated teaching space, quiet, in contact with nature: a large south-facing bay window, warm colors, designed for rejuvenation and introspection.

• Logistical convenience: free parking, electric vehicle charging available, nearby accommodation if you are traveling from afar.
