Active since 1968, Pisciculture Vionnaz Hess SA has grown over the years. It is currently Switzerland's leading trout producer. With a modern infrastructure and two production sites. Our fish farm raises and distributes live fish. We also have a processing center. Our products include: processed fish, as well as all stages of trout growth: eggs, fry, truitelle and rainbow trout with white or pink flesh. Our services also include a logistics service with deliveries throughout Switzerland. We have specially equipped vehicles for the well-being and safety of the fish. 

Our farms are inspected by two certified laboratories, Laboratory SQTS and the Institut für Tierpathologie.

The company New Valfish SA  is the main shareholder of Pisciculture de Vionnaz Hess SA.
