The cidery A. Flückiger is able to process even large quantities of fruit efficiently thanks to its large machine park and suitable equipment.
The two-belt press can produce 2,000 liters of must per hour, allowing all orders to be processed efficiently.

The cidery since 1987
Andreas Flückiger started making cider with a colleague back in the early 1980s. His enjoyment of fruit mashing turned into a passion and so he bought his first Mostfritzli in 1987 and set it up in front of his house. The first 200-300 liters could be produced per year.
Over time, the machine was expanded thanks to increasing demand. In 1989, the Mostfritzli was replaced by a packing press. This machine was a great relief. After successfully completing a sweet must course the following year, clarification and pasteurization were also possible.
The breakthrough came in 1997 with the purchase of a large two-belt press, a bottling plant and the addition of a hall. The customer base has been getting bigger and bigger ever since.
Today, a 5-person team works part-time in the company, which is able to produce 2000 liters per hour.
