Improve and increase your strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination and balance with fitness training on the equipment park and/oron the circuit training equipment "Easy Line" from Technogym or Sensopro.
We create your strength & endurance plan according to your requirements and needs during the comprehensive and professional training introduction
.The introduction to circuit training takes place under expert guidance and supervision.
Circuit / Circuit Training Easy Line
The basis of the training concept is a 30, 45-55 minute circuit training session. The training addresses all the main muscle groups in a minimal amount of time, and correctly performed circuit training can improve muscle strength, endurance, coordination, balance and mobility. The metabolism is positively stimulated and personal fitness is increased. The group of like-minded people and accompanied trainer support during the course (1st Thursday morning of the month) provide stimulating motivation.
Individualized effort
The hydraulic Easy Line training equipment from Technogym is one of the secrets of success: The resistance automatically adapts to the user's intensity of movement. This is done without having to adjust the weights or position on the equipment. The effort required can therefore be determined individually - this is effective and easy on the joints.
Varied training
From the choice of 4 programs, each exercise can last between 30-75 seconds. The training takes place on the equipment or with intermediate exercises such as balance or stabilization exercises.

Pilates
Pilates is a holistic body workout that strengthens the muscles, promotes flexibility and coordination and stimulates the circulation. The training focuses on strengthening the often weaker muscles of the abdomen, torso, lower back and pelvic floor, which are located in the center of the body.
All exercises are initiated on the exhale with the "activation of the powerhouse" and are performed in a concentrated, controlled, slow and flowing manner. The effect is an upright posture and positive body awareness.1st Tuesday of the month, 6.30 - 7.25 pm, by appointment
Thursday from 09.00 - 09.55 am, integrated into "Fit ¬ Fun", by appointment / no classes on public holidays
(Power) Yoga
The partially flowing movement sequences build strength, balance, flexibility and energy in the body and are combined with breathing. Focusing thoughts and concentration are practised, which can lead to mental calm and inner balance
The (power) yoga class includes: "arriving on the mat", a short warm-up, often followed by several dynamic repetitions of the sun salutation, various yoga postures and finally relaxation. Power yoga is based on the principles of dynamic and powerful Ashtanga yoga and incorporates the findings of modern sports medicine.

Spinning (indoor cycling)
Spinning improves endurance and promotes fat burning by strengthening the muscles in the legs, buttocks, torso and arms. The training takes place on indoor bikes. The instructor sets the cadence using music and riding style (pedaling in a seated position, cradle pedaling) and the relative level of resistance.
The training is suitable for athletes and beginners of all ages - especially for those who want to increase their performance quickly. Stretching at the end of the course supports optimal training.
Please note:
- Registration takes place by telephone or on site .
- For the training you need clean bike or sports shoes with a hard sole and wear comfortable bike clothing.
- Bring a terry towel and a drink (PET bottle available for purchase on site) .
Fit & fun
In this varied lesson, the entire body muscles are strengthened through body weight exercises, partly with accessories such as dumbbells, weight cuffs, tubes or therabands. The cardiovascular system and the fat metabolism are stimulated by using the step platform. Pilates and light yoga exercises partly complement this varied lesson.
